Here’s how shipping works at The Breeze Boutique.

Processing time

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

Free shipping

Orders over $45 ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders under $45 are charged a flat shipping rate shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates

• Standard (US): typically 3–7 business days after shipment
• International: available to select countries; timelines and duties vary by destination

Estimates are not guarantees. Carriers may experience delays outside our control.

Tracking

A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email. Allow up to 24 hours after the ship notice for tracking to update.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, contact the carrier first, then reach out via our Contact page so we can help investigate.
