Every motor sold by The Breeze Boutique is covered by our 12-month motor warranty.
What’s covered
- Motor failure under normal household or personal use
- Manufacturing defects that prevent the fan from operating as described
What’s not covered
- Damage from drops, liquid immersion, or misuse
- Normal wear on cosmetic parts, clips, or straps
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Lost chargers or accessories (unless defective on arrival)
How to make a claim
- Contact us through the Contact page with your order number and a short description of the issue.
- Include clear photos or a short video when possible.
- If approved, we’ll send a replacement or refund—no fine print about “normal wear” on the motor itself within the warranty window.
